B. I understand that employment, if offered, is as work is available (not by geographic season.) This means that there is a probability of a temporary lay-off during a geographic season.

This is called employment at-will. I also acknowledge that any offer of employment or my acceptance of any employment offer may be withdrawn for any reason at any time and without prior notice at the option of the Company or me.

E. I understand that this job may require working overtime, weekends, and holidays in any geographic region where there is work available. (e.g., Imperial Valley/Yuma; Huron; Salinas.)

F. I understand that if I have previously been terminated, the Company reserves the right to reassess my reemployment and to terminate my employment at its discretion.

G. If I am employed by the Company I will comply with all rules, regulations and directives. I further understand that these rules and regulations may be changed, interpreted, withdrawn or added to by the Company at any time, at the Company’s sole option and without any prior notice to me.
